OATMEAL DATE WALNUT COOKIES

1 C Margerine 1 1/2 C Light Brown Sugar 2 Eggs 1 t Vanilla 1 1/2 C Flour 1 t Baking Soda 1/4 t salt 1 t Cinamon 4 oz Chopped Walnuts 4 oz Dates 2 1/2 C Oatmeal |
Cream sugar and margerine together, then add vanailla and eggs. Sift flour and dry ingredients together. Combine all ingredients and mix with electric mixer. Roll and cut with a cookie cutter Bake at 350° for 7 minutes, exchange the top and bottom cookie pans and bake for another 7 minutes. |
