Heartland Concerts is an all volunteer folk and acoustic music series, presenting the finest in local, regional and national performers in the Rochester, New York area.

BROWNIES

Melt butter in a pan under low heat, then whisk in the cocoa.

Let the cocoa mixture cool to room temperature. (It makes a differance, really!)

Beat in the eggs and vanilla, then the sugar and finally the flour

Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted inthe middle comes out clean.
